I have read all the comments posted and I have to agree with them all. I don't complain much about anything. Just give me a nice place to live and the basics and it's not to bad. I do miss Laura being there. She use to be the property manager. The new management is alright no big compliants but no big compliments either. The only big gripe I have is the AC "AKA Chiller Unit" This thing has not work correctly for the last two years. Last summer it was horriable. It was 90 in the apt and the managment was trying to fix the problem but the new Managment Company CNC Investments was wanting to battle out who should fix the problem in court, before fixing it.

This summer it happen again. So I just looked up the number on the CNC Website and called to speak to someone in Houston TX. They did get the AC fix in two days but the Regional Manager lied when she called me back. She made me fill like I didnt' know what I was talking about. Telling me that the temp was wrong in the apt it was cooler. Last time I checked when you buy a thermomter from ACE hardward it should work correctly. So i guess there equipement is wrong.

I havn't had the problems with the crime, but I do know since the new mgmt team took over the cops have been there more, plus the fire to the main building, and just the other night on the corner of ft lowell and mountain the tree fell into the apt building.

Just be very careful if you rent from here. Cause the AC is goign to go out I am sure next summer to. I am luckly transfering to another city and I am getting out of my lease but I would defently not recomend this place to anyone with the current Mgmt team and Property Mgmt company.
