My Grandmother is living there while we build her a guest appartment at my house. All she needs is a quiet place to be with her cat and to watch tv. This place is run by really incompetent bozos. First, tv service can only be with direct tv because they have a contract with the Briarwood. But! you cannot get local channels because they have outdated setup so you have to have rabbit ears on your set while you pay $50 a month as well for your cable channels. Heaven forbid you have a problem with the service because you have to deal with the Local Quest rep, Quest rep who is clearly in India, the front office, and Direct TV rep. You would think that going through all of these people you might get things fixed. No, not even close. Also if you are on the ground floor your walls might just seep in water when it rains. Every heavy rain, Grandma's bedroom floods. Water comes through the walls at ground level. Fortunately, Grandma doesn't like it too cold in her appartment in the summer because the AC just barely makes it livable. In the cold months the heater is excessively hot. One pool is a lovely shade of green. Doesn't matter if you complain because no one there does any work. The front office will tell you how they are working on things but no progress ever happens. Right behind the front office are burned out appartments that have not been worked on since they burned up over two years ago. A truck crashed into one appartment and it is boarded up but no one has made repairs and that happeded half a year ago. I can only hope to have the addition to my house completed soon so Gram can leave this hell hole. If you like to live in a slum lord managed place the Briarwood is for you.

apparently you yourself have not lived there. yes the pool was green for a month but thats because of all the people pissing and throwing parties in the poolm spilling stuff in it. thats why it was green. second. i have had not one but two different apts there and i have never had any of the experiences you have had. i never had a leak, not once. and tell your grandma that she can fix the heat and air issues but the thermostat that is on the wall. as far as the damage goes, yes there is some damage however lets take it out on the site manager when there is still an investigation going, which the cops told corporate that they could not fix it... know your ------- facts before you post ---- like this.... you could not only hurt business for the apt complex but also put someone out of a job, because you dont talk to anyone or you think you know whats going on which is wrong just reading your post...... and yes the old manager signed the contract with quest. again not current managers fault. quest does suck but how is that the managers fault? your a ------- tool. you should have thought about it before grams had to go to an apartment building. i sure would have.... think before you say ----, because it makes you look foolish. peace the ---- out....................

i agree! because i have had all the problems listed above PLUS MORE!! That was written by management because thats how they would talk to us ( the cell mates).. I couldnt believe anything you would pay for would be like a jail! That place is a hell hole and should be shut down! CRIME CRIME CRIME! the workers are so freakin lazy its not even funny!! I lived there only 8 months (thank god)and not once did i actually have a work order completed! I finally got so pissed off had to call corporate and then i had AMY(what a trip she is) call me and let me know someone would be RIGHT up and work on my apt! ha funny right... DONT LIVE HERE!!
