Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived in that place for approximately 2.5 years. When my wife and I moved in the place was run by another company (Anchor). It was nice, the manager was very nice and she would somehow keep the complex quiet and safe. However, in the summer of 2006 the complex was sold to CNC Investments and that's when the nightmare started:
[1] We are non-smokers and we were living in an upstairs apartment. If there is someone who smokes downstairs, I am telling you, all the smoke and cigarette smell are going to your apartment because the ventilation system is shared with everybody (that's whey you don't pay electricity);
[2] My bicycle was stolen from the balcony of my apartment (second floor)
[3] We have heard from someone living there and we actually saw on TV that there was a rape case in the complex when we were living there (the manager never really told us about that);
[4] If you want to see the Police action, just stay in your apartment on the weekends! There are always something going on in the main parking lot;
[5] The manager (Amy) was the most impolite person I have ever seen in my life. She is not competent, she raises her voice to you, and so on
[6] The AC system (which is not exactly AC) stopped working in the summer for a couple of weeks in 2 out of the 3 summers we lived there!
[7] Even though we are not living there anymore, we're still receiving water bills from that place and they haven't removed my account from their system yet!
Apartments are small, but the floor plans are actually nice. However, I would never pay approximately $550-$590 to live in a place like that!
