I have lived here for over 3 years and yes, in the past, the complex had a lot of problems. Currently there is a new management team and they are dedicated to cleaning up the grounds, the complex and inproving the living situation there.
I know this place has a bad rep, but I am finding the new team friendly and nice and really trying hard to change the complex for the better. It's gonna take some time for the complex to be completely fixed and running smoothly.
I would recommend this complex to anyone moving in. Rooms are nice, rental price is good.
