I have heard many negative comments about this apartment complex and I have lived here for almost a year now and I have been pretty content. Apartment living is not for everyone but if you are the type of person who knows how to relate to all types of people and are open minded you will fit in just fine. The new management are making a real effort to improve things around the grounds and they sincerely try to keep us informed of any changes and we are notified in a timely manner when the exterminator will be coming or if someone else will be entering the apartments.
I walk my dog on a regular basis, various times of the day and night and I have met many of the tenants and my dog and I are very well known. I never feel unsafe around the complex or the surrounding area.
