Brittany Court Apartments

I HATE living here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   First of all the walls are so thin I can hear everything that goes on in my neighbors apartment. Management and maintenance SUCKS!! I read another response that some one wrote that said the manager walked her property all the time. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS MANANGER WALK ANYWHERE BUT TO SMOKE OUTSIDE. They started repainting the buildings about 6 months ago and stopped so we have grey cement all over instead of the pink paint. The property is so dirty, the curbs match the building (pink) instead of red. There is always trash all over the place. There is dog ---- all over the place. Cats running wild. I lived next door to a person who had a meth lab in the apartment and the police raided it. Its so noisey. They let felones live here, I know of 2 that are my neighbors. The management co. is so cheap they dont replace applicances that need to be replaced. Maintenance rigs everything that breaks in your apartment. They hire people that have tattos from head to toe that work out of there house. Drugies trying to find that maintenance guys apartment. The pool is never clean on the weekends when you want to swim when its 110 out side. They make you pay for covered parking, even though there is no place to park unless you park in the covered parking. I guess this is just one more of Hembertos slum properties that he wont put any money back into. I wonder if they are going to condem this place also. When my lease is up I am out of here!! You dont want to live here, believe me! This place is rediculous!
