I lived there for over a year, and do to a job I was unable to move out when my lease ended, so I had to extend my lease three months. I gave them plenty of notice and told it wasn't a big deal and just had to pay a bit extra, once the months hit I had to pay $250 extra and they just said that is the way it was. I lived near the pool and during the summer, there was no sleep since all the kids and family screaming in the pool all day. It was the best location, but it worked for a year. The parking sucked so much, there was no place to park and the management was always changing-it was nutz
