I would like to point out, if you ever need anything from the office or maintenace staff you can forget about it. The office NEVER answers the phone. The office is supposed to be open until 6 PM and no one is ever in the office after 5 PM. If you have a problem, need a package or need to talk to the manager you can forget about.
They are painting the buildings now, I think they should have put the money into fixing the dishwashers and refridgerators, adding more parking and paying some one to answer the telephone before painting the buildings. Everone that lives here would agree I am sure. I have read the others thoughts and comments and I would have to agree with most people. How can they charge you to park if there are not enough parking spaces. People have to park in front of the complex in the dirt. How cheesey is that' They keep raising the rent and no one sees any improvements from it. I do need to mention that if you are a single woman, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It is very unsafe. TPD is here every night. I hear horror stories from other people that liver here. I spoke to someone whos apartment was broken into and 2 of there neighbors were broken into as well. Cars are stolen on a regular basis. There are vehicles parked in the uncovered spaces that have not moved since the day that I have moved in. If you dont care about any of these issues then this is the place for you. My suggestion is go some place else, I am sure that you will be happier there.
