Q: What year was the complex built???
A: Our community was built in 1984.

Q: Are the rental units as nice as they look in the pictures? Or are those only the upgraded purchased units?
A: The rental units do not look like the units they show in their pictures, which are the "upgraded" units for sale only (not for rent). The units shown in their pictures are considered "upgraded" and feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile & berber carpet, etc. Again, these can only be purchased, not rented.
The units FOR RENT are considered "standard" and have vinyl/lineolium floors and carpet (not berber) and the cabinets and countertops are very unattractive. The cabinets are cheap and flat with no panel and the countertops are laminate/Formica in an unpleasant yellowish color. Surprising that the builder would chose these finishes. They were built only a few years ago but clearly the builder was cheap. They didn't even install digital thermostats! There isn't even a sprayer on the kitchen faucet! Simple things that even the crappiest newer homes have.
BEFORE RENTING, MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE EXACT UNIT YOU ARE LEASING, OR AN EXACT REPLICA. Don't make the same mistake I did or you will be very disappointed.
