A Good Neighborhood

This is a good community to live in, and the unit is very unique in an apartment setting since it is a two-story townhouse. Everything is great except the fact that noise from the neighbor's T.V., radio, etc, is easily heard though the walls. I believe half of the problem is that our neighbors are inconsiderate jerks, and the other half of the problem is that the walls are not insulated very well. Peaceful nights are few and far between.
