I'm sorry to say, but I had a VERY unhappy stay at this property. I'm in a career field that moves me around quite alot, and this has to be the worst decision I have made in an apartment in over 12 years and 4 states. I'll be leaving with things that are on my move-in sheet that are still unresolved. I have repeatedly gone into their office and asked for repaired that never seem to find themselves into their computer system. I have yet to see a REQUIRED BY COMPANY GUIDELINES feedback/notice for when maint was in my apt. They have left my apt in disarray, and once even left my A/C in pieces just infront of my stairs. Tripping hazard, and dangerous!!(I have small children. This A/C was broken for almost 3 months where I COULD NOT TURN IT OFF, and they only fixed it when I brought in the housing authority. (It has since broken again)
I have had small children show me how to open the pool gate without a key. This bothered me, and I told the office. They said they knew able it but really "didn't care". Their communication practices, from property office, all the way to the main office, is really lacking! I currently have an electrical problem, and instead of the office sending over someone to look at it, I was told to "prove it's their issue".
I have had a closet door fall off on my 5 yr old child. They STILL will no fix this. It was on my move in.
The walls in this complex are PAPER thin. I know what it is to live in an apt, but when my neighbor comes to my house to complain about my computer's internal speaker system on the other wall, I think that's a little too thin.
I have very little water pressure. I was told to "deal with it."
The dumpster's are constantly overflowing, and there is trash every where. I have seen their curtesy patrol in action too. He shows up, locks the pool gate, an dleaves a note to the office before departing. What about the REST of the property'
I have found if you go to another property, even and ESPECIALLY other HSL properties, they will tell you that this site is KNOWN for issues. I have even had a person in an apt finder business disclose that they reside there, and are wanting to leave because of the total lack of cust. service, response to problems, and over all condition of the property.
For those that are service members, you will notice that you will not see this property on the military listings. It was removed for having too many complains and too many unethnical practices.
