I lived in this nightmare for 1 year and never had to deal with problems like I did here any where else. The apartments are unsafe due to mold issues and leaking ceilings, either from the rain or neighbors toilets over flowing. My apartment smelled like cat urine when I moved in and when I requested new carpet I was told to just "deal with it." The smell that comes from across the street on a daily basis is horrible, nobody on the maintance staff knows how to do their jobs and every week there is a new supervisor and still they can't find anyone that knows what he's doing. The office staff doesn't communicate with each other and the so called "manager" Kris is always hiding in the back and never comes out to talk to you and no matter how many times you're told she will call you she never does. The cops are there on a daily basis and cars are broken into or stolen almost every weekend. If you are looking for a nasty apartment and an unsafe place to live, then this is the place for you!!!
