I lived at Rancho Montana for 1 year and I was so glad to get out!!! If you like the smell of cow ---- and walking out your front door and stepping in dog ---- then you'll feel right at home here. As far as owning a new car don't bother because it will most likely be stolen or broken into by the end of the weekend. If you have any problems, and you will have many, do not go to management because all they seem to be there for is their paycheck and not for their tenants. And as far as taking showers you will have no problems because you can get one from any room in your apartment because of the on going roof leaks. And if you don't mind being sick all the time from mold this is place for you. Maintance is a joke, they are too busy playing on their golf carts and talking about the tenants, which I have seen and heard several times. So if you're looking to go to hell then this place they will be there waiting for you with open arms!!
