I lived at Rancho Montana, which soon will be changing it's name, from Jan 2001 to May 2001.
During this time a flood occured in the apartment above me and leaked into my apartment at 2am in the morning. It took Rancho Montana 3 days to respond to my pleas for help regarding the incident. Eventually they brought in industrial fans to dry out the apartment, but it was 10 days before they sent a cleaning crew to mop up rusty water in my bathroom from the bathroom ceiling fan.
I spoke with the manager and they told me that damages were my problem and that, get this, the bottom line is what they cared about.
When I left in May they charged me $232.00 in damages. After reminding them that the damages had come from the flood, they removed the charges.
Beware of this apartment complex. I've lived in many places, but this one is extreme is its neglect of its residents.
