Sad Change in Management From: neverlive@aol.com Date posted: 12/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I moved in around 9 months ago. When I moved in I just got out of the military and didn't have a job. I did however have great training through the Army and swore I could get a job. I moved in and things seemed OK. The management lived there and bent backwards for you. Everything was fine. Then I seen the "suits" walking around. Half the management changed and then things went to hell. I watched as my finances were mismanaged as far as rent. I pay a month in advance and I get warnings. My neighbors TOLD my wife that they smoke crack and if she wanted some to come over and they would hook her up. When they moved out the termites from their apt moved over to our apt. I'm currently on my way to take off from work to make a formal complaint about that. The person who said there apt flooded....AMEN brother I have had them come in and replace 3/4 of our plumbing.....The dumpsters overflow and the management ignores you. I'm from PA so the Cow smell is to be expected from the U of A Agricultre Center. You know that when you move in. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
