I have lived at Rancho Montana for about 3 years and I am so impressed with this complex. When I originally moved in the management company did not care about the tenants or the complex. My neighbors were allowed to leave trash and everything else at their front door making my place look like I lived at the city dump. Repairs took several weeks to get done I was ready to move. A new management company took over and I started to see a ray of hope that maybe this company would take better care of this gorgueas place. I started to see alot of changes (most for the better) a lot of inprovements being done around the place, enforcing of the rules, etc etc. However now we have a new management company and this place has never been a nicer place to live! The ground are actually being taken care of. The maintenance staff is always eager to help me, and the office staff is very understanding and always pacifies me. I still continue to live near noisy uncaring people, but at least now they are not allowed to make me area look so bad with their trash. Rancho Montana is a wonderfull complex with a staff that treats you like a person, not just a rent check!!!
