Started out o.k., but, had multiple issues with new apartment (i.e. parts of cupboards rigged to stay up but not well, blinds that broke within 1-2 days of move-in) that management never DID do anything about. Then, management changed and EVERYTHING went downhill. Existing issues never got remedied and it took sometimes as many as 4 phone calls to get new problems looked at. To top it all off, we couldn't even decorate outside our apartments for holidays. I remember being yelled at LITERALLY by the manager because my kids had put up fake spider webs around our door frames. Ridiculous and not homey at all!!!!!
