Office staff are stuck up & don't know what they are doing

Seriously, the office staff are just as "ditsy" as they look... can't believe managment is actually paying these people!
Front office staff really needs to get people in the office who knows a thing or two. You walk into the front office & the entire staff just walks by you & not greet you. You're literally invisable!
Maintenance people are great/friendly!
The apartment itself is great!!
Love the washer & dryer, as well as the high-speed internet.
Never live on the first floor.. it totally sucks, you hear people walking overhead & the crickets & moths are terrible.
I had to rid of over 20 bugs in the past couple of months & just walking to your car you'll see crickets/roaches scattering about.
Pool is great - weight room is great, only if people would stop stealing the equipment.
