Ok I really think people need to know that this place is great and that most of the problems are pretty normal for an apartment complex. I to have had a few small issues but nothing that is a big deal at all. Most of the people living here are out on there own for the first time and have always had there parents around to solve all there problems.I know a lot of the people up here and it seems to me that most of them just get mad when they dont get there way.Maybe stomping your feet and crying works at home but this is the real world.. And about the staff they are not bitchy and stupid as someone else wrote in, I happen to think they are all great and kind of feel sorry for them sometimes because they have to deal with so many stupid questions.I've been in the office a few times and you wouldnt believe some of the questions that I've heard.The staff is always nice eventhough they have to deal with so many of these questions and people treating them like servants this isn't a hotel.Needless to say I really do love Unihouse and think everyone should come and live here. I have written multiple e-mails to the staff at UH at Star Pass in Tucson, and I called twice today. I am simply trying to find out what my kid's rent fee is. Staff promised to look into it and e-mail back. You guessed it--no response. Now, if we are late for the rent fee because we do not know what it is---guess whose gets the blame??????????????

Yeah yea blah blah. The UH owns. Clean place, private rooms and bathrooms that are about 8 times bigger than a dorm room that you SHARE with someone. Partiers don't get broken up unless theres 50 people flowing out into the halls, all young and social people. This place owns.

"By the way they throw the best parties don't miss out." Someone coming into a party and shooting 2 girls in the head and killing them doesn't seem really safe to me. And yes, this happend at your beloved "Unihouse". I know our world isn't a safe one. But, if you live in a gated community I would expect a little bit of safety. I would NEVER go to a party there. And yes I was a resident and never will be again. Aesthetically, the place is great. That's about it. Pretty cardboard is still cardboard though.
