Several aspects of this community make it worth the money: cable and high speed internet are included, it is furnished, there is a gym, pool, t.v. room, computer lounge, etc. Also, each roommate has his/her own bathroom, which is superlative. Overall, I have been quite happy with this property because of the aforementioned ammenities, but also because of the distance from school. Physically, it is not that far, but it seems very much removed from the area. There are a lot of young college kids that party non-stop and don't respect apartment living, but that's to be expected. I just call security or the cops on them in extreme cases, and the problem gets solved. However, I should mentioned that I ended up with a 2 BR for the price of a 1 BR, so maybe that's why I like it so much, too.
