I have enjoyed living here because of the options--having a washer/dryer and new appliances is great. However, the office staff is really not very helpful. When I moved in in August of 2004, they made me pay rent upfront for the entire month though it was August 20th. They explained that I would get the beginning of August free when I moved out the next year. I renewed my lease, though, so I paid for August again. Now, they are telling me that I have to pay for the full last month of my lease here, and that I won't be reimbursed for the 20 days that I paid for...and I won't get any days in the last month. I sent emails about it but received no response--very unprofessional. I am about to report them to the BBB for this fraud, since they told me I would get the days I paid for and are now making me pay for my full last month.
Basically, it's a nice place to live...but management is very bad.
