Come On Now, Is There Really Ever A Perfect Place To Live' Even Living At Home Has Its Problems. So Far, I Have Been Living Here For About 9 Months And I Am Overall Pleased With The Apartments. Now Known As Campus Crossings At Star Pass, I Can't Say How Things Have Really Changed From The Former University House Management, But That Doesn't Matter Now. I Really Enjoy Living Here, The Management Is Very Nice Along With The Staff In The Front Office. I Have Easily Made Friends With Them As They Are Approachable And Young, Which Fits Since Its A Campus Friendly Apartment Complex. The Apartment Is Very Nice And Only Costs So Much Because Of The View Charge. My View Is Of The City, Which Makes Sense Since Its A Nice View, But I Am Not Sure How I Feel About Being Charged For A Pool View, But The Pool Is Absolutely Stunning. The Noise Here Depends On What Building You Live In. You Can' Expect Quiet As If You're In The Garden Of Eden At Any Apartment Complex, Unless It's A Retirement Facility. The Noise Can Get Intense On The Weekends, But The Week Nights, When Most People Go To School, The Noise Isn't Ever A Real Problem. My Neighbors And Roommates Are Amazing, And They Really Try To Fit You With Someone That Matches With Your Personality, But There Are Those Stories! The Grounds Are Kept Clean And Very Presentable, Except When They Have The Big Pool Party, Which Is A Great Perk Of Living Here Because The Pool Party Is Huge And A Great Event That Management Throws. The Surrounding Area Is Beautiful, Star Pass Is Nice A Quiet Area With A Grocery/Gas Down The Street And Around The Corner. The Only Problem I Ever Really Have Is With Parking Late At Night, The Parking Can Get Intense, Especially If There Is A Party, So Don't Always Expect To Park Near, Or Sometimes Even Close To Your Building If It's 1-3. The Only Thing I Have To Wait And See Is How Well They "Turn" The New Apartment I Will Be Moving Into The Following Year. I Signed A New Lease, Which Was A Very Easy Process, And I Am Excited To Live Here Again For The 08-09 Year. The Only Set Back Is If You Move Apartments You Have To Move Out For A Month Prior To Moving Back In, In August To Give Them Time To Turn The Apartment. It Seems Worth It Though, If They Do A Good Job At Making The Apartment New Again, We'll See! Overall, I Am Very Pleased With Living Here And Recommend It To Students.

Funny, All the words begin with capital letters. I hate it when employees pump up their own ratings...
