Ok so My expericance may be just one of a kinda but I feel that people need to know.
At first this place was wonderful, so wonderful that I reffered my Best Friend to live here.
After about four months, and a manager change, things took a turn for the worse.
My A.C Started to leak, No problem right cause its a really easy fix.
It took them a week to come fix after I put in the work order.
My garbage disposal stoped working, They never came to fix, I had to fix it myself.
My dishwasher didnt clean right, im sure its still not fixed.
I moved out after my long year lease was up and even though I was mad I still had the apartment clean because they have a tendency to take the deposit for every little thing.
I got a paper saying that I would be recieving my complete deposit back.
A month later no check! i called their corporate office and the office never submitted the paperwork to have them cut my check! My friend still lives there and she has been having the same maintenace issues for months now and she is moving at the end of her lease.
The children here are all unsupervised and break everything.
The walls are so thin that I could name the movies that my neighbors were watching.
They allow anyone to move in.
I am not a hard person to please but after a year of this I will never live here again.
Dont be fooled by the front of the property in the daytime, before you rent take an evening and go visit the back of the property and see what you are in for!!! It might just amaze you.

I have lived here for 6 months and havent seen any of this happening. very quiet and clean here they keep up the property nice and im happy with it here. most i see is residents moving out a lot from the economy going bad. but its been a great place to live for me.

not roaches n ant infestations n i mean ant infestations! i never had bugs at any of my previous apartments (i moved from canyon creek n no bugs here) renters should not have to deal with this property should be upkept n if there is a bug problem then office should let u know so u know what ur getting urself into. gee u sound like the office staff possiably management? lol

Sorry to dissapoint but I am not with management sweetie. I am a longtime renter and realistic thinker who knows that the occasional bug happens in apartments and in houses. I do, however, have serious doubts about your intelligence being that your spelling is terrible and very "ghetto like". Go back to school and quit posting your rants and raves-no one is interested in reading your words or lack thereof.
