Needs New Management

I've lived here for over 3 years.

It's not a bad place, but is slowly going downhill.

I don't think the manager ever "walks" the property to get an idea of problems.

The laundry room is really going to hell.

Here it is the heat of summer and they wont even fix the cooler in the laundramat.

There is a switch, but the handle is gone, so if it even works, you would have to bring your own pliers.

Also the door frame is about ready to fall off and has nails sticking out of it.

I notice also that a lot of the tenants leave all kinds of unsitely crap all over their porches, yet they don't care and allow the complex to become more trashy looking each day.

I also have a really gross problem with roaches crawling up the sinks, so I have to keep them closed.

No roaches in my apt though.

In fairness I've had most of my maintenance issues handled promptly.

I don't think they screen the tenants as rigid as they used to because of the economy, and that of course will lead to undesirables.

FIX THE COOLER IN THE LAUDRAMAT AND GET A MGR THAT CARES@!
