I have lived here for almost six years, seeing many residents and managers come and go. Only recently have there been very positive improvements. Management and maintenance are both courteous and efficient. After so many years, I requested painting of both kitchen and bath. The response was, "how soon can we take care of this at your convenience?" The work was done quickly, politely and throroughly.
I hope the current staff stays for a very long time. I feel, of late, that this is truly my home.

This review is completely false and can absolutely be disputed by both the County Pool inspectors, The State of Arizona Code Enforcement and The Tucson Fire Department. This is undoubtably a rating from an individual that was either evicted or asked to leave for serious infractions of the community policies. We are a crime free multihousing community and take that standing very seriously. It is not always pleasant to have to ask someone to leave due to their behavior but it does happen as I'm sure is the case in this instance. Come in and check us out and speak to residents living here. There are residents who have been here 18 years!!! You don't continue to live somewhere that long if the conditions this obviously disgruntled individual described exist when you can move and get a zero move in and 2 months free rent all over town!!! Don't be fooled by this fool's under handed agenda. See for yourself.
