Don't Move Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I lived in Camden Pass (Eastridge) apartments for three years. The first year was wonderful. The community and staff were very nice and I felt like I lived in a safe environment. After that initial year things turned bad! They switched to a new apartment manager and everything changed! The new tenants were loud, obnoxious, and very inconsiderate. I made numerous complaints to the management about my loud and rude neighbors. The cars in the parking lot were vandalized too many times to count. This so called "gated" community is anything but gated. The gates were always unlocked or BROKEN! There was always bird crap on the stairs and balconies. The cats were allowed to roam freely throughout the complex and they often used the sand volleyball court as their litter box. I don't recommend this complex to anyone. One of my walls had water damage and it took them a YEAR to fix it!!
