I lived there for the past 2 years and a half. It was really good when I first moved in and I felt it's such a small complex that has almost everything I've ever needed. Vollyball court, tennis court, pool, BBQ place, Balcony, REAL trees, anything imaginable.
After a year, things turned really bad, especially the management. People were so mean in the office. They were like those grumpy old ladies who always have their PMS 24 X 7. I'm not kidding. They were so picky about everything. Let me ask you guys. What's the point of having a patio in the front and a balcony in the back' That's right, you want to put something there, maybe beer' some rocking chairs' to enjoy the beautiful and quiet tucson night sky. You know what the office did' They sent us a notice saying that we were not supposed to put beer at all at the patio. I was like what the hell. They were not even open and they were still even in the 6-pack case. Everything is their business. Some day, they might tell us we can't even make out in the living room. And we have to be in the bedroom without making a sound. Wait and see.
The most stupid thing in the world was that according to the lease, we had to tell them two months in advance before the lease is up whether or not we wanted to renew the lease. Otherwise, if we did not tell them and let the lease expire NORMALLY and move out, we had to pay 2 months extra rent or some super-stupidly hugh amount of money just to move out. Guys, tell me if this makes any sense at all. What's the point of having a stupid expiration date on the lease if we have to tell them in advance before it's expired, otherwise, we got panalized for 2 extra months of rent. It's a lot of money, you know. I'm working 9.50 an hour trying to make ends meet. There goes a lot of diapers and milk, not to mention putting food on table. My friend had to break the lease just because he bought a new house to move in. Of course, those evil people, AGAIN, charged him 2 extra months AND $750 penalty for breaking the lease. Nope, I did not lose you. Right, you heard that right. It's about 1700 dollars right there. God.....do they think people know how to print money or something. Guys, isn't buying a house a big expense already' God....Give people a break. They're like you people have so much money buying new houses, then we need to also have a big bite of the pizza too. A lot of people just have enough to put downpayment down. No more 1700 dollars after that. They rip us off and keep the money leaving the security gate always open. Cat ---- everywhere in the volleyball court like easter eggs hiding under the sand. Dog ---- mushroom everywhere on the lawn. Tennis court lights broken 10 months out of a year. Mail box got broken in couple times in a row. You name it, they had it. Dude, where is our money. Also, look at the review up to today, it doesn't take a rocky scientist to notice how many people had bad experience from the evil complex and how many people had good experience at first and worst nightmare at the end' If you tell me it's conincident and it's not the management's fault' Go figure and enjoy your unlimited supply of mushroom on the lawn and hunt for your easter eggs.
