Leaf blowers need to go!

I've been living here for a couple years and the complex grounds are really nice, but the grey haired woman with glasses in the office is rude and unattentive with residents, and they allow many criminals and low lifes in here. Another major complaint is the leaf blowing noise and gas fumes that I continually wake up to, there needs to be a quieter alternative for those who are working, sleeping, and trying to breath fresh air.
