The walls are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING!

Unless you are deaf, don't move in here! I know that apartments always have noise, but here it is seriously excessive. Let's just say I know EXACTLY what my two --- male neighbors are doing whether I'd like to or not! I don't have a problem with any doing it, but the walls are so thin it feels like you're listening to a porno up close and personal. You can hear your neighbors coughing. You can hear your neighbors TV verbatim as if you were there watching it with them. When someone shuts a cabinet, it shakes and is really loud in your apartment. Don't get me started on the closets which are conveniently located behind the only wall your bed can go on if you don't live in an end unit. Nobody is considerate when closing them and you get woken up all the time because they are on tracks and get slammed. The list goes on and on.

BIG time pigeon problem! If you live on the top floor you better like hearing the pigeon races that are happening overhead all the time! It definately can't be a good thing when they are all over you vents and stuff on the roof all the time. Pigeon poop everywhere! Etc., etc., etc.

You think the place is secure with the locked, keyed entry gates but they are left open all the time because they do not automatically close. People have been robbed, security is lacking.

I could go on forever with all of this but I won't. I will say that the majority of the staff is very nice and helpful. They can't do much about the shoddy construction though which is too bad. It would be a pretty decent place to live if it wasn't for the extremely thin walls. A person needs some peace and quiet in their own home. Oh, and after your lease is up, the rent increase is extremely stiff, $40 more a month! Not worth it!
