Very Bad Place To Live....Please read before considering...

I moved into to Camden Pass and signed a 1 year lease. Below are some problems that I and ran into while there:
--Horrible Neighbors (the rent and move in
price causes you to have all kind of "bad
neighbors")
--Flooding (the pipes continue to cause
flooding and when it happens in your
apartment, they move you to another
apartment...huge inconvienance)
--Air Conditioning Noise (if you live on
the 3rd floor you will her the AC's, they
are so loud that they wake you up in the
middle of the night and the office will
not repair them....I complained about it
and they said "it was not fixable".
--The Property Grounds--They continually
overwater the grass, I have seen many
tennants slipping in the mud and almost
hurting themselves--the mud is about 2"
thick. Looks pretty, but very decieving'
--Camden Corporate Office--I called them
and they never returned my calls.
--Leasing Office Staff--They are
horrible...extremely unprofessional, not
very good communicators, they lack
in "customer service".
--Safety (there is proper lighting and the
walkways are clear, but the tenants cause
reason for concern.
