Capistrano Apartments

Excellent place to live From: uamls Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This is one of the nicest places in tucson to live, i think. I have a 1br1bt apt here and it is great. The manager is extremely professional and the staff is always friendly. The landscaping is gorgeous, almost like a resort, and it is very very quiet here. I am a UA student and i NEVER have a problem getting quiet study time in. I have only had 1 matainence issue and it was fixed in 2 days. It was not an emergency mat call. There are 2 onsite grills which is very nice. The pool is always clean and heated. The apartments are spacious and clean with great appliances and new carpet and paint job. The rates are quite competetive and you get alot for your money. Parking is never an issue due to the enourmous parking area. Residents are quiet, but sociable and friendly. Pet policy is a little strickt with a 300DP for any animals. There are no bugs at all, which is a definate plus. Most upstairs places have a balcony which is very cool. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of a quiet place to live close to UA and alot of other things. All utilities (except cable and phone) is included in rent
