Moved down here August '05 into the larger 1br/1bath, 605 sq. ft with my partner who is a UofA student (excellent location) All appliances in kitchen and carpet was brand new so was very nice looking. The great things i like was it is a smaller complex, very beautifully landscaped, sean the maintainence guy kept the pool beautiful and clean everyday. Staff was absolutely wonderful. The complex manager ben is probably one of the most laid back, lenient and nicest landlords you will ever have. After we moved in things started to break one after another. Cabinets, Dining closet, sliding patio door etc. You can obviously tell that the complex is older but they try to hide it with a bucket of white paint. What made us move out was the price of rent. 729.97 ouch. All utilities included which was nice but was being overcharged. 90.00 per month for electricity. Live in apartment twice the size now and dont come close to paying that. Landscapers come twice a week at 7am and start mowing and leaf blowing right below your bedroom window. And they 90 y/o lady that lived below us was a nut job. So whoever moves into apt. 205 beware of the lady below you, complains about everything. She resemebles and reminds me of the old lady from the movie duplex...yeah crazy. cant even walk around your apartment without her complaining to management. All in all my personal expirience was eh...ok..
