Capistrano Apartments

No onsite management, poor service, appearances over substance. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This complex has been without onsite management for going on three months. They spend a fortune watering the lawns but drag ass when it comes to real issues like NO HOT WATER, poor swimming pool maintenance, and absolute rudeness and incompetence by office staff. Every week there is another temp worker in the office, they do not have phone numbers for emergency maintenance or even for the head office in Phoenix. When I reported issues to the regoinal manager in Phoenix I was told that I should move. The many rules at Crapistrano are enforced piecemeal; and there has been no action by management to deal with the constant car break-ins, thefts and bicycle vandalism. This was a nice place a few years ago, but now it's just a rip-off. It is hard to feel safe here, it's wide open. All they seem to care about is cosmetic issues, rather than quality of life. And for what they charge in rent, they should pay attention to security and all the other real issues.
