i lived here for 2 and half years already and my experience hs been just alright.
the apartments are in a good neighborhood and its really quiet, but thats about it.

My boyfriend has lived here for a year and has had these problems:
1.) Ad said "$480.00/mo utilities included", which translated via management to "Oh, calculated rent comes to nearly $600.00 after utilities are added"...WTF???!!! This was never mentioned anytime previously ... more

After 6 years in various apartments around the university, Capistrano was probably the nicest place I lived. It's on the corner of the Sam Hughes neighborhood, which is really nice, and the park is nearby. I felt quite safe here. ... more
