The apartments are nice and the upkeep is wonderful. I have only lived here for about a year and nothing that might have needed fxing was left unfixed. You report something broken they will be in the next day to check it for you. The rent is a little high but with what is offered here its well worth it. Its limited access with use of the key card for the gate is great makes me feel very safe. The only down side is if you are younger the commmunity is mostly elderly but you dont see a lot of the residents they mostly saty inside from what I can tell. We have a new landlord i dont know if she is temp or what but i feel i had a better bond with the other landlord. Maybe its because we moved here with her but who knows. Other wise there are some younger people here including myself. I think I will be down sizing to a 1 bedroom because I do like it here. Overall very good community to live in!
