I lived there for almost a year. The water was constantly being shut off or broken. I reported my roomates shower broken and it took a week and half before I had to remind them to fix it. I complained about the people that lived above us about 1000 times and nothing was ever done. I was accused of not paying rent on more than one occasion when really the office lady was to lazy to get up and check the rent drop box. Not worth the trouble!!!
