Good distance but Noisy From: tarantula@fastmail.fm Date posted: 10/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   For the UA student, this apartment is at a perfect setting. Very close to all UA facilities and services. First, the apartment is old and floors are made from weak and cheap furniture and no shock or noise absorbers. This is a 2 storey apartment (ground and 2 top floors). Unless your neighbor living above or below is pretty considerate, you are going to hear everything that goes up or below you. My neighbor above walks and its like u monsoon storms coming! I dont blame the neighbor but the floor. Second, parking is not guaranteed to all. First come first serve. All the rest got to park on the street. U will have to move it somewhere during the day or stand a high chance to get a ticket. But, the apartment provides 12 paid covered parking spots which are all taken up. So weigh all factors before u choose this house.
