I have just finished a lease with them and IM HAPPY AS HELL. Casa De Colinas Apartments is a terrible place to live! They never fix anything that has been on the repair list until after you complain again and again. Parking is terrible, until all your neighbors have their family and friends over. Management changes about every 6 months, (that is why this place sucks). Im not sexist, but everyone who runs everything here is Female (management). Most of their employees for repairs are just random people that have almost no experience. Except 1 or 2 that practically live here. This has shown me that looks are not everything! They also seem to be very racist driven. The employees are hispanic, not one person is of a different race. We have barely received much attention because I feel us being caucasian, they shrug us off. Will never move back.
