When I first moved into this apartment I was like this is a really nice place for the price, but since then I have been rethinking that opinion. It is still kinda decent, the staff always been really nice and cool, but that doesn't take up for things not being done. My air in the master bedroom never worked very well. So after much complaining they put in a ceiling fan to help circulate. Now it is not working in the Living room either. My apartment has been upwards towards 85 degrees on warmer days! And this is only March. I have had problems with the water pressure and security. Everything has been addressed by management, but I would really like to stop complaining. I had just moved to Tucson when I moved into these apartments and on a fixed income so it fit me fine, but would probably not renew my lease. I have recommended these to others, because they are ok, but not great. I feel that you are paying for service, because I could get a house for cheaper monthly payments, and again the service is ok, but not great.
On the safety side, I have not had any problems. I have forgotten to take out my GPS or my cellphone or my iPod several times, and have not had my car broken into. Security used to harass anytime I had more than one friend over, but after the third time I talked to management, and he hasn't been back. It is really quiet during the week, don't mind the weekends, if I want total quiet...I would go buy a house. Have not had any problem with pest...have seen some wild pigs one night..super cool. The pool was only closed once that I have been over there. Decent place for the price. Plus the rooms are big.
