July 17, 2009 Review:

I am writing this first review to document what I am going to experience in this apartment complex named "Casa De Colinas" at W Speedway Blvd, Tucson AZ.

This is what I experienced for the very first time before moving in, twice already I have caught 2 vehicles parked on my parking spot. The first one got cited by the office and the second one I still need to report.

It seems that parking space is scarced at this apartment complex.

July 25, 2009 Review:

We finally moved-in and it was perfect. Everything looks okay when we arrived and unpacked all our stuff. However, there is a slight problem our parking spot was occupied by another vehicle. The night that we moved-in I had to park somewhere on an uncovered spot. Our first weekend night was okay even though we heard some residents which sounds like a party is going on but overall its quiet. I probable say that residents here are more younger due to the proximity of the PCC campus West.

What you fail to mention is that 1 - you are in the Condo 4bed appartments and 2 - that you are renting a covered space. I agree that 'Covered' spaces are few at the bottom of the complex, however parking is really not a problem here. I live up near the top of the complex near the clubhouse and have no issues with parking.

Okay about my parking spot I caught 2 more vehicles parked in my spot. Clearly, some residents violates rules and regulations on parking spaces. I wonder if all vehicles are monitored in this complex. I guess it would be hard for the management to do that because the complex is not gated. Maybe its about time management to re-think of having a gated community.
