I have lived here for 6 months and have received the best service from management and maintenance. Our apartment is beautiful. We have a fireplace, two ceiling fans, a huge balcony with views of the mountains, a built in microwave and fancy doors. We love it here. The pools are gorgeous and the neighbors are friendly. We feel safe and welcome here and the price is great. Mira Vist/Casa Dorinda are wonderful places to live. We are so close to every convenience, yet our views are great. We are so happy we rented here that we just renewed out lease.

This review was not written by a resident. It sounds like an advertisement, doesn't it? Anyone who lives here knows that this is not a place to be proud of - many of my neighbors are just doing time like I am until their lease expires so they can get the heck out!

It's funny how someone who is actually articulate and complimentry is suddenly the manager! I think that everyone should realize that most people ARE happy with their apartments and that is why they moved here! If everyone is so unhappy they should maybe do more research before moving in to an apartment and remember that they are living in a community that will have many different people,and lifestyles! I can't expect management to jump at my beck and call and the same with maintence! I treat them the way I would like to be treated if I was in their position...for the record I love my apartment and all the amenities that it has. I have never had a problem either and I have lived here for quite some time! Many of my neighbors have been here for years and I never hear complaints from them!

Do any of you think it's rude to knock on the neighbors doors & talk to them about their stay at Casa Dorinda before making the final decision to move in? And do any of you have any mold issues? It makes my daughter very sick & we've been dealing with it for 1 1/2 yrs, without even knowing it until now. My lil one is always sick because of it. That's why we're outta here.
