Ok, but could find better

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 

The noise is worst on the weekend.

It is a common place for parties.

However the current manager is very knowledgable and willing to help with any problems.

The units are old and it shows, but the price is cheap.

Parking is bad at night and on the weekends because other nonresidents are parking at the complex.
