There's a reason it's the cheapest place within like 6 miles

The apartment itself is decrepit, the furniture is old.
The bathrooms are usually unusuable when you first get them (they could confirm the rumor from the 80's about aids they're so dirty).
Make sure you read your lease, there are several open clauses that leave things pretty open in their favor, and in the case of a dispute they are completely unwilling to discuss.
Overall pretty bad.
But it's the cheapest you'll find for U of A housing.
So if your willing to deal with the crap, it'll save you some cash.
Parking is a stream of slanted spaces, very difficult to maneuver through especially if somone doesn't park within a hair's breadth of the building.

Anything in a lease that is not legal is not binding even though you signed in agreement because it was illegal to ask. Of course the complex wouldn't do anything they assume you're stupid and don't know anything
