I lived here for one year. While Melissa was not the greatest manager, she was ok. Julie was a joy to work with. Nev tried his best with what he had to work with. HSL came in one day, fired the entire staff, locked the gates to the pool (which is where our mailboxes are also located) for days while they changed locks etc. New management changed daily and knew nothing about the property or tenants and really didn't care. I would hope that the management gets its act together and make this a nice place again.
