I lived here for one year.
While Melissa was not the greatest manager, she was ok.
Julie was a joy to work with.
Nev tried his best with what he had to work with.
HSL came in one day, fired the entire staff, locked the gates to the pool (which is where our mailboxes are also located) for days while they changed locks etc.
New management changed daily and knew nothing about the property or tenants and really didn't care.
I would hope that the management gets its act together and make this a nice place again.

It's too bad I didn't see this review before signing my lease, but thank goodness I only took a 9 month lease. HSL management still have not gotten their act together...The unility bills are outrageous and mine dbl in one month after 3 apts became vacant above me...Their billing company nor management can give a straight answer. When I move I'll post more, but at this time I only give them a
