I was told I would be given one apartment, upon move in it was suddenly changed to a different one.

My apartment had just had the carpet cleaned and 5 days after move in I started noticing really dark spots appeared all over.

Looked like the floor of a mechanics garage.
The construction is solid, concrete floors and walls all around provide a quiet evening of sleep.

Inside not so much, cabinets are really dated and look like crap.

The apartments are very hard to cool and heat as stated before.

The electric bills every month are outrageous $130-$160 even if you are not home all day and don't have the heat or AC on.

Doesn't matter they even have the balls to charge you $20 for water.
Recently they are installing more lights around the complex, it is beginning to look like the parking lot of a Target or the interrogation rooms of the FBI or something.

I mean, search and rescue quality flood lights shining all in the windows so much for tasteful lighting.

This will definitely increase the cost of the electric bill.
Recently I received a letter on my door stating that someone would be entering my apartment for an inspection, Kind of questionable I think.

I've never had any other experiences like this before.
We have also changed staff like 4 times in less than a year.

First we had Amanda, then Maureen (nice lady indeed), then some other lady, and finally Greg.

Not sure that this guy knows what he is doing, short of trying to make a name for himself in the company he is basically useless and could careless.

In a nutshell, this place is way too expensive for what you get, starting to fill up with little gang banger posers.

I would say pass on this one if at all possible.
