Not as bad as it sounds

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I was very uncertain about moving in especially with all the bad reviews. I've lived here for about 6 monts and I think it is a great place to live utility bills are sometimes high but it is electric and gas I live in a 2bedroom and our bills range from 93.00 to 180.00 in the winter which is not bad considering its also gas. So all I'm saying is that before you believe what you read look into it.
