Cold pool, Great staff and location

I have lived 2 Casa Loma since August of last yr.

I find the staff to be polite and friendly.

While the building are old (cement walls), I never hear my neighbors on the sides of me; however, I do hear my neighbors upstairs.

The property looks good, seems like landscapers are always working on projects etc.

The maintenance guy is great, he is a hard worker and is good at fixing issues.

I think he may be the only maintenance worker but my repairs are taken care of quickly.
My only request is that they heat the pool more in the winter months.
