Been here for almost 2 and 1/2 years, love the peace and quiet, was alot of retired people when I moved in I thought I might not fit in being single and 40 plus. However, very happy at first, I think the property needs full-time security at night, especially these days when not a gated property. I have had two problems with this involving cars.
The pool is great! Needs to be quicker when fixing things. Lots of kids now. Oh well!
Should be more strick regarding noise and cat freedom.
Management is the most regarded aspect of Casa Loma!
Especially Lavell, and Jose, they are the greatest!
If the utility bills improve, I will stay.
