We had upgraded we thought to a 2 bedroom about 5 months into our lease. when we had done that no one bothered to inform us that that apartment had the habit of flooding when it rained! 38 gallons of water later after 5 hours of waiiting for the manger to wake up to do something about it at 7:30 in the morning on a saturday. our sofa, bed, clothes, bookshelfs and other things were ruined because she wanted to get commision off of selling it know that this had happened before. and all she told us was "theres nothing i can do" and proceeded to call me a "phsyco -----" to the other residents behind my back. If a water line bursted I wouldnt be so harsh but it just rained for a few hours and we are out thounsands of dollars and then the black mold that came through the walls and was already under the carpet before we moved in and didnt know about forced us in to an apartment untill we could find a new apartment. but theres nothing they could do... i'm sure and a laywer will disagree. but thats nothing compared to the noise. you can hear the spanish music from 2 biuldings over. and mantenice hahaha hes partying with the ones with the music on. and then after the party all the drunk old guys who dont care if your 300lbs they are trying to get a view of up your skirt. i would wear my boyfriends clothes just so they wouldnt look at me.

I understand where this tenant is coming from we have lived here for 2 years. When we first moved in the Management was very good,,, she didnt put up with all the partying and noise and crap. Then managemant changed and its all different here,,, we had a similar problem with leaking and nothing was done for months and months the only way we got it taken care of was to withhold rent,,,,,,then it was taken care of right away. Nothing was taken of of our rent for the hassle that we had gone through it was appalling!! aIt seems to me that management that is here now doesnt care about anything and is too busy partying to do anything about all the riffraff here, ITS VERY VERY SAD WHEN YOU ARE AFRAID TO LEAVE YOUR APT AT NIGHT CUZ PEOPLE ARE BEING ROBBED BY GUNPOINT IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!!!!!!! I would not advise anyone to move into these apartments!!!
