The Manager is the biggest B**tch Ive ever met in my life! two faced liar who only gives a damn about herself! This is supposed to be a crime free zone ..yeah right!

That is true, people are looking for Shelly for fraud. She has committed fraudulant all over San Diego county and is being watched. Shelly Rae Jacquez is very unprofessional, liar, and a crook. Watch your money! Do not trust her with money. I would move out and find me another place that is more decent and deal with more professional people if I were you tenants! Don't make her fool ya'all! Shame on her for stealing from innocent people. She is a bad role model for her children!
